Shelter aid is a nondenominational not-for-profit organization registered and incorporated pursuant to the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Victoria). The Committee of Management are volunteers who ordinarily reside in Australia. The organization is committed to pursue its objects within Australia and outside.
